Commercial Lease Forfeiture

The majority of commercial leases have a clause that gives the landlord the right to forfeit if the tenant has breached the lease in any way such as non-payment of rent.

We offer a nationwide lease forfeiture service without having to go through the court.

Our enforcement agent will provide an effective service which compromises of a detailed inventory being taken of all valuables within the premises assisted by photographic evidence, the changing of the locks using a locksmith and securing the premises to prevent re-entry if necessary. If required we can also arrange the removal, storage and disposal of items.

Once the forfeiture is in effect, notices will be clearly displayed on the premises to inform the tenant of the situation and how they can arrange the collection of their goods.

On receipt of instructions, we will act promptly to prepare the documentation and arrange for the forfeiture to be carried out within 24 hours. In some cases, if instructed before 12:00 Monday to Friday we will attend the property and forfeit the lease the same day.
